Summer's most famous fruit- Watermelon, do you think is it healthy?

As you know, summer season is about to start and everyone wants to get ready to enjoy the best summer fruits,the watermelon is one of them,it is highly appreciated fruit and consumed in abundance,containing lots of nutrients and of course it is famous for its vibrant color as well.It is very juicy and full loaded with water.Made up of more than 90% water, this summer fruit is also incredibly hydrating and containing electrolytes to help you recharge after workout. 

Is watermelon good for health?

Watermelon contains healthy benefits including guarding one's joints from inflammation,improving one's digestive track and also more loaded with lycopene than any other fruit. 

Lycopene is very crucial antioxidant
 (protects cells from the damage caused by free radicals) 
It has been connected to decrease the risk of cancer and heart disease.

Watermelon is also initiator of beta-carotene that works to guard one's body from destroying molecules called free radicals."It  contains fiber, minerals, vitamins and beneficial phytochemicals" says Carol Johnston.
Phytochemicals are well-known chemical compounds that are generated by plants.

"Watermelon is a naturally low calorie package." says Christina Meyer-Jax.

Watermelon is more low in surgar than other popular fruits, mangoes, grapes cherries and pears
