Simply, you need to do, is to take one cup of almonds, flax seeds and sesame seeds separately in an equal amount and grind them separately in a fine powder ,then place a pan on a low medium flame then add jaggery powder as per your taste of sweetness even you can add cardamom powder then stir it until it gets melted,after that you add all grounded powder and Mix all the ingredients well and then off the flame and let it cool for 20 minutes and make a small balls and have enjoy this scrumptious healthy protein ladoo in breakfast with a sip of green tea.
